• All goods travel at the expense and risk of the sender. Any return shipment shall also be at the sender's risk and expense.
  • Nelco BV reserves the right to refuse further deliveries if previous ones have not been paid for.
  • In the event of force majeure, Nelco BV is entitled to postpone or unilaterally cancel the shipment. Force majeure includes, among other things, fire, strikes, machine breakdowns, etc.
  • Payment shall be made in Ghent no later than 30 days after the invoice date by bank transfer, quoting the invoice number, to one of the bank accounts of Nelco BV.
  • Any invoice not paid by the due date shall be subject to interest of 1.251% per month, without any notice of default being required.
  • Invoices must be contested in writing within 8 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the invoice being considered accepted.
  • In the event of legal recovery, a penalty clause of at least 250 euros will be payable in addition to the legal costs.
  • The Courts of Ghent shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
  • All activities of Nelco BV are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
  • Bank or other charges resulting from international transfers or exchange rate fluctuations shall be borne entirely by the supplier.
  • These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in Dutch and translated. In the event of any difference or contradiction between the Dutch text and the translated text, or any difference in interpretation thereof, the General Terms and Conditions drawn up in Dutch shall prevail.
